A Havelock man is heading to court Thursday morning after police said they found him with stolen guns and video game equipment.
Police said 23-year-old Ronald Mitchem was arrested Wednesday in connection with a home break-in from Saturday.
Officers said two guns and video game consoles were taken in that break-in, and they were recovered after Mitchem's arrest.
Mitchem's bond was set at $10,000 after he was charged with felony breaking and entering, obtaining property by false pretense, larceny after breaking in, and larceny of a firearm.
Mitchem's first appearance is scheduled for Thursday morning.
