Fire Crews Called To Boat Fire In New Bern

Fire and EMS crews responded to a call of a boat on fire Sunday morning in New Bern.

Officials say the boat was in the water near 1209 Brices Creek Road.

They arrived on scene on 10 a.m.

Officials believe the fire started from the boat's engine. No injuries were reported.
