No one was hurt when a cement truck flipped over at a construction site Tuesday morning.
New Bern police say it happened around 9:30 a.m. off Trent Road.
The cement truck, which was not full at the time, lost its balance in the mud and ended up on its side.
The fire department arrived to make sure the truck was not leaking fuel.
Police are still investigating if the soft mud was the only cause for the truck to take the tumble.
