Delta flight 5398 headed to New Bern Friday afternoon from Atlanta had to make an emergency landing in Raleigh.
The landing happened at RDU at 5:04 p.m.
Officials say it was a mechanical issue. No one was injured.
The director of Coastal Carolina Regional Airport in New Bern said the passengers from flight 5398 were brought back to New Bern by bus.
