Jarman is a regular Powerball player and bought three Harley Scratch Off tickets during a recent stop at the Handy Mart on Highway 55 in Bridgeton.
The three dollar game which went on sale June 15th has four bikes that can be won instantly and seven top prizes of 75-thousand dollars.
