Incumbent Sheriff Jerry Monette Beats Challenger In Primary

Jerry Monette, the Craven County incumbent sheriff, beat his challenger in the primary.

Monette had 57% of the vote to Eric Smith's 43% of the vote.

Also in Craven County, Tom Mark, Jeff Taylor and Scott Dacey won commissioner primaries. Dacey beat incumbent Renee Sisk.
