A Craven County man is Eastern Carolina's newest millionaire.
Toby Eason of Vanceboro won the prize in a new scratch-off game called 200 Million Dollar Extravaganza.
The humbled Eason says he buys lottery tickets at the Vanceboro Handy Mart along highway 43 every week and was about to stop playing. The winning ticket cost 20 dollars.
He says he'll give 10 percent to the lord, get what he and his wife need, and put the rest in the bank.
Eason will get 50,000 dollar installments every year for the next 20 years.
