First and foremost. After you are dead and gone JJ, I hope that others have nice things to say about you. It doesn't matter about someones past..we all have one. What matters right now is that someones son, brother, uncle, nephew, father, cousin and friend(my friend) was murdered and the man who did it is where he needs to be. May you R.I.P. baby boy. There is not one day that goes by that we don't think about you. You are sorely missed.

Well...this seems like justice doubled. The victim and perpetrators were all low life scum and now one is dead the the other imprisoned for life.Works for me.

Hmmm!! This isn't about talking about someones'past because they made sure to talk about Odells' after his death!! R.I.P. Baby boy. Drunk, but climbed out of a window to flee from the law. Drunk, but was able to shoot an innocent man on point and didn't miss. A life was lost and justice was served. So, get over it to those of you who have nothing nice to say. I'm not family, but when someone has been in your life all of theirs that's close enough. Enjoy "that vacation" you thought were about to take next week, Hayes!!

ummmmmm..... okay? was he not proved beyond a reasonable doubt to be guilty of murdering an innocent person. why dont we execute him. it will save us $100,000 or more a year. i mean really 12 people all agreed he committed the murder. is this really fair to the victim. feed him, put clothes on him, let him watch tv, and pay for him to get a college degree???? i mean really. prison? or should i say the DEPT. OF CORRECTIONS sounds like a place for me to do what i want and get what i want. all you got to do is be a low life scum bag!!!!!!!!!!!

So, now that he had been found guilty of KILLING someone, we are going to provide him with clothes, shelter, food, and water for FREE for the rest of his life. Hmmmmmm, not so bad considering he KILLED someone!

Get over it JJ. Does not and should not matter if Oddell Foster was convicted of Misd. Manslaughter. What matters is that Hayes IS was convicted of Murder..Might I say Felony!! YIPPEEEE....One more felon off of the streets...FOR LIFE

It really shocks me that the Judge allowed the DA to talk about Gary's past. He denied the Defense to present to the Jury that Oddel Foster is a convicted Murderer. He was convicted of Manslaughter for shooting an unarmed man back in either 2001 0r 2002. This case seems to be one sided.
