Remnants of Ida have dropped over four inches of rain around the city of Havelock.
The area is also experiencing its worst flooding since back in August, when eight inches of rain was dropped within a three hour time period.
Ponding on the roads gave drivers around Havelock a difficult time as many of the streets were lined with puddles.
It was a soggy Veterans Day are the rain continued into the night--soaking old glory with more than just national pride.
Some areas in Havelock saw as much as two feet of standing water--almost as deep when eight inches of rain flooded homes and cars back on August 12th. But residents say, Wednesday's weather was bad enough.
