Its an exercise that involves 11 nations coming together, to practice air and ground skills, they hope to use in the next fight.
The exercise is called Bold Quest, and its taking place this week at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point and Camp Lejeune.
We watched from the flight line Thursday as F-18 and F-15 fighter jets land at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point.
They practiced an exercise where they land, get checked out and refueled very quickly without even having to turn off their engines.
Representatives from U.S. Forces, and the other 10 countries work together, testing out new technologies on the ground and in the air, that will improve combat effectiveness and reduce friendly fire incidents.
800 people, and 22 aircraft are involved in the exercise. It's an exercise they hope to perfect and take with them. Part of the exercise will also take place Friday at Camp Lejeune
