History Museum On Target

A piece of North Carolina history is well on its way to completion.

The North Carolina History Education Center in New Bern is on course to be completed at the end of this year.

The new building is taking shape as contractors continue to pound away at the building. The museum will be a cutting edge experience for visitors. It will be filled with North Carolina's rich history.

The grand opening is scheduled for July 2010 in the middle of New Bern's 300th anniversary celebration.

I am presuming that this exhibit will be free as the average person needs their money for food and gas, not to mention mortgages or household expenses. I'll wait for my "free pass" that my taxes already paid for.
