James Berry was arrested Wednesday for allegedly stealing and forging checks from Mett's Climate Controlled Storage.

On June fifth the owner of the businesses reported the checks missing and that unauthorized transactions had taken place on his bank account.

New Bern investigators were able to identify Berry as a suspect.

New Bern investigators say they think two other men are also involved, Tyron Berry and Sherman Robbins and have issued warrants for their arrest.
