Good Point Bob! Since I have been riding with my husband, I pay MUCH more attention to bikers on the road than I did before and I am way more cautious.

I ride a motorcycle. I have to wear eye protection. I have to wear a DOT approved helment. I have a motorcycle indorsement on my license (extra written and road test) My motorcycle must burn its headlight at all times. I have to do all of this because motorist do not pay attention to the rules of the road. There is danger in all things we do. The problem happen when we must rely on others for our well being.

No thank you Bob, I won't ride a motorcycle if someone gave me a $1,000,000! Those are things are too dangerous! Don't try to tell me that they're safe! Have good night!!

Every person who drives a car or truck should have to ride a motorcycle for just one weekend. If they did so, they would be more carefull in their driving. Most motorcycle accidents are when cars turn left in front of the motorcyclist who is proceeding straight. The car driver does not SEE the motorcyclist. Almost every time I ride my motorcycle someone in a car or truck tries to take my life. Riding a motorcycle has made me a better car driver!!! Please look out for motorcyclist!!!!

I don't know if a cell phone was involved or not, but that intersection is a constant accident waiting to happen. Left turns should not be allowed out of there. There is a stop light a few more feet down the service road she was turning out of that allows easy and safe left turns onto the highway. People just do not want to wait.
