The theft was as easy as just walking out of the store.

Havelock Police say they need your help to find two people they say pulled the theft off at the Walmart there.

It happened Saturday, when a man pushed two 32 inch flat screen TV's out of the store.

A woman who police say was his accomplice, distracted the greeter.

The two then went to the parking lot where they loaded the goods into their car and took off. Call police if you can help.

Well there is a greeter who should not be a greeter at all then. If you can't do your job, then there is someone else that can, as many people that is looking for your job. The thieves can't get their possessions the right and honest way and should get sent to the slammer. I wonder if the Walton family has any idea about this. If I had to guess, I would say they probably don't even know and even if they did, they would just brush it off and move on from there, as much money as they have. The only good Wal-Marts I have ever seen to begin with are Williamston, Kitty Hawk, Roanoke Rapids, and Morehead City. The rest of them are terrible, especially the ones in Greenville and Ahoskie. I have not ever been to the one in Havelock ever(as many times as I have been through Havelock on the way to Atlantic Beach) before but know it is about a week older than the one in Williamston.

I guess to these people it is easier to steal, then work for a living. My parents work hard all there life to provide for there family, and they never stole anything from anybody. To give there children a good life. They tought me right from wrong. I chose the right path. Why do these people on the photo want to new Black Bonnie and Clyde

Went to a Walmart recently and purchased a video, the cashier looked at the video package and said "this one has been stolen" I guess I really looked stupid because I just stood there and stared(a cricket moment) I picked up another one and that one had been stolen out the package also. He informed me on how to steal the DVD, where to go in the store to not be seen and to use the utility knives from the store to do it. Jeez Thieving 101 here... How clever are these thieves because I just don't have enough time in my day to think of ways to scam people. I finally got my DVD, but hey if I need to start a life of crime I guess I could start at Walmart "stealing DVD's". NOT

A whole lot of stuff get's stolen before even getting to the store's. they just mark down the item as being delivered when it was not. the checker and the truck driver split the money then the truck driver sell's it elsewhere and nobody see's a thing, pretty slick HUH!.I worked security for a company back in the early 1970's catching those people. the tire dept is the worst.they also buy a big ticket item(t.v ETC) go out one door then go back in another door get the same item go out another door with receipt in hand. then get someone to return the first item back a few day's later.

Not all Wal-Marts are like that. I go to the one in washington because the employees are really nice and a clean store. any time I have asked for assitance I have gotten it. They also ask for a reciept whenever you go to leave the store. It does not matter what color you are. Been to many Wal-Marts but Washington is my favorite, even though I live in Greenville. Also the washington store usually has 2 door greeters on both sides. So it would be pretty hard to get out of that store with 2 T.V.'s

Walmart here is in a bad section of town and I only go there in the early morning on weekdays if I must. You can't even see the merchandise for all the Mexicans in there on weekends. There are some rough looking characters that shop at that store (and work there too I might add). There is one old black lady who is a greeter there that has an attitude. She about ran over my little boy with a shopping cart trying to push them out and never bothered to say excuse me-just rolled her eyes. I just stick to Target where more respectable looking and ACTING people tend to shop.

I will not shop a Wal Mart. I gave that place up 3-4 years ago- They treat the employee's terrible and also the vendors- What about Black Fridays at these stores!
