Hundreds of job seekers swarmed New Bern's Riverfront Convention Center Wednesday.
More than 40 employers from all fields set up shop in search of help for their business. Event organizers say more than 450 people attended the fair. That number is certainly larger than last years event as the economy has spiraled downward in the past few months.
A handful of employers in attendance like Bosch say they're currently on a hiring freeze, but still took dozens of applications for future employment.
