2 Arrested With "Meth Making Materials" During Craven Co. Traffic Stop

Two men were busted for drug charges during a traffic stop in Craven County early Wednesday morning. Deputies say 40 year old Mitchell Pearsall of Mount Olive and 37-year-old Kevin Hales of Pikesville were pulled over on Highway 70 near Hickman Loop Road in Havelock about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday. Deputies say they found meth making materials and narcotics in the vehicle. The two men are charged with trafficking drugs. Hales was already wanted for a meth charge in Carteret County.
