After a sex offense conviction in Pennsylvania nine years ago, now a man is behind bars again.
Deputies in Carteret County said they arrested Joshua Foster on Monday. The man had been living in Beaufort a month ago. Deputies said he was found living in room #6 at the Sea Shore Motel in Atlantic Beach.
Foster was charged with failing to charge his address as a sex offender and was placed in the Carteret County Jail under a $5,000.00 bond. He is expected in the Carteret County court Wednesday.
