Friday brings the first of two funerals for the young women killed in a fiery crash this week.
A funeral for 20 year old Kirsten McDonald of Morehead City is planned for 2:00pm at the Greenwood Cemetery. She is survived by her parents and two brothers.
20 year old Ashlyn Morrow's service will be Saturday at 11:00am at Brooks Funeral Home. Morrow was a mother. Her obituary says she had a little boy named Cohen.
Police say speed was a factor in the Tuesday night crash, and they're waiting on toxicology reports to see if anything else was involved.
