A man has been charged with exposing himself to a woman while she was walking her dog on Thursday.
Gerald Jones of Hubert was arrested by Carteret County deputies around 5:45 p.m. at the Croatan National Forest recreation area outside of Cape Carteret.
Deputies say the victim was walking her dog and when she went by Jones he yelled out "hey". That caused the woman to turn around and deputies say the man was exposing himself. Deputies arrested the 24-year-old Jones at the park and his bond was set at $500. He has an April 4th court date.
