Carteret County Man Charged With Several Felonies For Home Break-In

Mathew Neal was arrested in Carteret County for breaking into a home in Cedar Island. Neal has been charged with felony breaking and entering, felony larceny, and felony possession of stolen property. He was placed in the Carteret County Jail under a $2,000 bond
