Carteret County Man Charged With Breaking Into Relative's Home

23-year-old Garland Fulcher of Atlantic of Carteret County is accused of breaking into a home of a relative in Saturday in Carteret County and stealing jewelry. He is charged with felony breaking and entering, larceny, and possession of stolen property and was placed in the Carteret County Jail under a $25,000 bond.
