Just in time for St. Patrick Day festivities, the Bogue Inlet Pier in Emerald Isle will reopen Saturday.
Part of the pier was damaged by Hurricane Irene last summer. Since then crews have been working to get the pier rebuilt and opened by this weekend.
The owner of the pier recently told us the pleasant weather has allowed for them to repair it quickly.
