A man is in jail after deputies say he inappropriately touched a 15-year-old girl that he knew.

Jeffrey Gill of Otway was arrested Thursday on a charge of taking indecent liberties with a child. Carteret County deputies say the touching happened this year.

Gill is being held on a $25,000 bond.

To all of you, you're missing some facts. He should have kept his filthy hands to himself No Matter What... He is SICK...She's the victim, not him. He thought he "SNUCK" away several months ago and didn't get caught. Well, the maker upstairs knows way more than ANY of US do. His day will come at the Pearly Gates!

To Sue, he should not have touched her at all. But the said thing is that if she would have had a crush on him she would not have cried out loud. These teenagers will get you in a world of trouble and will forever accuse men for the rest of their life. He probaly touched her on her arm or shoulder. Let her kill someone and see if the system will treat her like a child then. She will get tried as an adult.
