You can't miss the massive sign that greets festival goers as they head down Arendell St. in downtown Morehead City.
And it was all hustle and bustle Friday afternoon as vendors spent the day preparing their booths for the start of the 23rd annual North Carolina Seafood Festival.
100 of vendors will take part this year, from delicious seafood to local arts and crafts.
Michael's amusements also spent the day checking over their rides, and crews also set up the concert stages.
Festival organizers say it's great to watch it all come together after 11 months of planning.
