Search Ends For Carteret County Teenager

The search for a missing Carteret County teenager is over.

Deputies says 15-year-old Amber Nicole Williams was found safe Saturday at a friend's home in Pelletier.


A teenager is missing, and Carteret County Sheriff's investigators are asking for your help to find her.

Officials say 15-year-old Amber Nicole Williams of Pelletier in western Carteret County has been missing since May 21 and needs her medication.

According to lawmen, Amber ran away from home. She is 5’6” tall, weighs 125 pounds, has long brown straight hair and blue eyes.

Amber was last seen wearing blue jeans, a pink shirt with grey undershirt and flip-flops.

You are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 252-726-INFO or the Carteret County Sheriffs Office at 252-504-4800.
