Deputies are looking for a gunman who robbed a store just before lunch today.
Martin County deputies say Harris' Food Mart on Highway 17, south of Williamston, was held up around 11:45 a.m.
The gunman is described as a black man, approximately 6'0" with a slender build, wearing a do-rag and his face covered by a blue bandana. He was wearing a white shirt and dark pants.
Two employees were inside when the man demanded money. He left in a white passenger car, either traveling south on Highway 17 towards Beaufort County, or on Bear Grass Road.
No one was injured.
