ALE Shooting Suspect Surrenders

The third and final suspect accused of shooting at an Alcohol Law Enforcement agent has turned himself in, a month and a half after the incident.

27-year-old Delvanti Rodgers of Williamston turned himself in, officials say. Rodgers is charged with assaulting law enforcement and shooting into an occupied dwelling.

Officials say Rodgers and two others shot at an ALE agent in Williamston on January 22. No one was hurt. Delauno Corey and Jonathan Wyche, both of Williamston, were both arrested soon after the shooting. All three have a court appearance at the end of the month.

Larry Cooper is running for sheriff. HA HA!! Can you imagine Larry Cooper pitted against this Delvanti guy? Larry is one of eight people in the entire county that could be outsmarted by Delvanti. Larry Cooper for sheriff......HAHAAAAA Hahahahaha! stop it Larry.....you're killin' me man.....Hahahahaha!!! And the hoardes of supporters who are joining his Facebook page...HAHAHAhaha...all 40 of you, are you serious....hahahaha! Well I guess if you subtract the ones who are family or live outside the county you'd be down to 15, then take away the ones who want their stash or joy garden to go undetected by law enforcement and you are probably down to one, Larry himself. LOL and I ain't kiddin'..HAHAHA!!

B; people understand just fine. but, civilized conduct mandates obeying the laws. HOWEVER, i suspect the breaking point is rapidly approaching. we are reaching the limit of tolerance.

Alot of us are definitely picking up what you are laying down there John. We can't say it though, even though it is as factual as anything could possibly be. It is truly astounding how so many supposedly intelligent people can stare into the face of so much evidence and then convince themselves that the opposite of what the evidence says is true because it makes them feel better about themselves. It proves that one can be educated and yet be a moron. Yes John, these socialist, utopian, liberals who ignore the facts to embrace their feelings of good will and wishes that things would be something that they are not, are idiots.

Can anyone else see what all these people in all these mugshots week after week have in common? What all these criminals have in common? Think about it. Who is costing this country so much money, wanting something for nothing, free food, housing, cars, spending money, even a free xmas because they cant afford the children on their SSi checks!

He looks so intelligent, I can't believe he would have anything to do with something like this. His wonderful family must be dreadfully distressed about this loved one being accused of such a hateful act aimed at a fellow human being and representative of society's values. Hhhmmmmmm! What must we do to help him. Perhaps an attorney, paid for by the majority of society, maybe counseling or even midnight basketball and a mentor. I personnally prefer that law enforcement be given the right to put a boot in the backside of arrogant, stupid punk gangbangers like him again, like they did 60 years ago and putting them back in line with rules set by the majority. Think it is worth a trial run?
