    Washington,NC High winds through night.Power loss since 3am.Hearing trees fall.Water pooling in streets & yards.We are at highest elevation here.Believe portions of town have flooded.

    My friends in Florence have been flooded, 7 foot of water near Day's Store, probably lost all their livestock, vehicles and farm equipment and their home is flooded.

      My uncle is down there, and they lost power in the middle of the night and are having some flooding. He posted a picture of a small skiff in the middle of the road, so there is definitely some property damage.
