The lights were back on overnight for several residents in one city in the east.
Washington Utilities said they had reported outages east of Bonner Street inside the city Sunday night.
By midnight, officials said all power had been restored.
A spokeswoman said there was a problem with a substation, but she could not specify the problem or how many people were without power.

The Washington Police and the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office and say they’ve received reports that the outage is affecting streets east of Bonner Street inside the city.
Washington Utilities says that it has crews out trying to figure out what may have caused the outage. They did not have a timetable for restoration.
