The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office says it has located a registered sex offender who was no longer living at his registered address in Washington.
Beaufort County deputies says 43-year-old Tony Little is charged with failure to register change of address by a sex offender. He was also arrested on two outstanding warrants for failure to appear in court.
Little was arrested Wednesday afternoon, the same day the story aired that lawmen were looking for him. He was placed in the Beaufort County Detention Center.
Deputies in one Eastern Carolina county are looking for a registered sex offender.
Beaufort County deputies say they recently learned that Tony Little was no longer living at his registered address in Washington.
Little, who also goes by James Little, is being charged with failure to register change of address by a sex offender. The 43-year-old man is also wanted for two outstanding orders for his arrest for failing to appear in court on other charges.
Little was convicted in Beaufort County back in 2006 on an indecent liberties with a minor charge.
