Beaufort County Man Behind Bars, Suspected Of Dealing Heroin

A suspected heroin dealer is behind bars Thursday morning.

Beaufort County lawmen charged 26-year-old Jamale Stilley of Edward with possession with intent to sell heroin, possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. Meanwhile, lawmen charged Aurora residents 31-year-old Tandric Tyre, and 41-year-old Samuel Davis, on charges of possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia.

Undercover cops say they bought heroin from Stilley, and a traffic stop on Davis' car while Stilley and Tyre were also inside led to finding a small amount of heroin in the car.

Why is this man in jail when the man from Pantego was let out on a $5000 bond and he was on probation when he got stopped with 10 bindles of heroin?

Mr. Davis has done nothing horrible. His crime was for the most part victimless. Wasting taxpayer resources for very little benefit. Man can begin each day with a fresh start. Mr. Davis can also start fresh. It would not be fair to ruin his life over minor mistakes and indiscretions. For all the sister Bertha better n ya'lls out there...perhaps you should steer your own ship before you run aground.

For the person who thinks that they know everything about brian you need to take another look in the mirror! He is NOT on heroin. Everyone makes mistakes, and he would be the first one to let someone know that he is not perfect. I've known him for 20 years. Why don't you "man" up and grow up. Stop talking about someone that you personally do not know. It's funny how people point their finger but just remember you have four pointing back at yourself.

First of all "anonymous on Feb 11" the way you are talking it was Jamale Stilley's fault not so, if the older gentlemen in the car have stayed home maybe he wouldn't have been in this hold mess anyway. We as adults have to go to the younger generations and let them know that they are doing wrong. As as for giving someone a ride to go pay a phone bill we all might been born at night but not last night. Everyone makes choices and mistakes in life and maybe Mr Davis did but never hold anyone up in their wrong doing, just pray for them that they won't make the same mistake twice. My heart goes out to Mr. Davis as well as Jamale Stilley because they have children (child) and it is hard in today's socitey for teenagers. Let's take the love we have in our hearts for one another and keep prayer moving through out all of Beaufort County. We have to pray for everyone all races and that is when GOD will begin to see the LOVE in our hearts and he will hear our faithful cry, just believe and PRAY.

We need to get together and pray for our children. Don't tell me that God won't answer prayer because I know he will. Jamale Stilley is not a big time heroin dealer I don't care what anyone says I know him and I am sorry that he got caught out there in the way of the world instead of concentrating on positive things he was concentrating on negative things. But God has his way of making us stop and listen when he speaks. We can get away so long and when he says STOP trust me you will. Let's all get together and pray for all children and especially those that is on drugs or trying to sell drugs. No parent wants to see their child caught up in such mess, so watch what you say about people because it might come back to bite you in the behind and it won't feel good. So be kind and lift someone up instead of letting them down because you never know when its your turn. Remember this "you might be up today and down tomorrow". Much Love and Peace unto you all that reads this. GOD LOVES US ALL.
