People Who Have To Be Outside Bundle Up

It's one thing to see temperatures in the upper 30's during the day, but it's another to have to work in it all day.

For Jonathan Folwer of Inner Banks Builders he's usually completely bundled up while working outside in Washington.

He says he can't work without his gloves, weather clothes and coat. Not a bad, idea since much of the area is icing over like Jack's Creek blanketed with a sheet of ice.

Italo Lenta walks his dog during the cold days and it's unusually cold for them, since he just moved here from Florida three months ago.

Lenta says when it gets this cold, he's concerned about others who can't find refuge.

Lenta says when it's this cold for a longer period of time, it's important to look out for those who don't have a warm place to stay.

I guess Al Gore and Obama are not taking questions now? About Global Warming. Maybe they should live in Russia Siberia. It is a lot colder there. It is funny that they talk about Gobal Warming in Summer around July & August?
