A Rocky Mount man has been sentenced in a drug trafficking conspiracy in Beaufort County and the surrounding area.
Clayton Dickens, age 36, was sentenced in federal court in Raleigh to 120 months of imprisonment followed by five years of supervised release.
Dickens pleaded guilty to conspiring to distribute and possession with the intent to distribute more than 50 grams of crack and more than 500 grams of cocaine in August 2009.
