Suspects Named In Washington Shooting

Washington police say they're now looking for two people for Tuesday night's shooting on Havens Street.

Around 6:00 p.m. they found Shawn Foskey with a gunshot wound to the back. They say the 25-year-old may have also been hit by a vehicle.

Police now say the shooting is a result of a domestic related disturbance. So far they have warrants out for 24-year-old Peggy Ann Thompson of Chocowinity and for 19-year-old Bradley Coward of Havens Street. Both are wanted for assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.

Anyone with information on Thompson or Coward should contact Washington police.

To "ALPHA female" One can only hope. My father was a minister. I know how important it is to "forgive those who trepass against us". Sometimes that just a WEE bit hard to do. The "Vengeance is mine, saith the Lord" was once followed (in a joking manner) with....but sometimes He takes too long. Karma/God/Payback I can see them ALL nipping at Shawn's heels. Still say he'd be safer where he belongs, in Prison.

To: Shawn would know... You reap what you sow... It looks like one of those criminals that burglarized you, well their chickens just came home to roost! If you wait long enough you will see people a lot of people get theirs... good, bad, indifferent. "for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord." (Romans 12:19) Maybe being shot and ran over will slow him down, and he'll stay out of homes that he isn't invited in.

To "???"-Not sure WHY he was shot. I do know if I'd not been 7 hrs from home, working at least four 12 hr nights/week (to make payments on the things they STOLE) last July, he and his "boys" would have been~at the very LEAST~shot AT after they kicked my front door in half. BEFORE they had a chance to dump EVERY drawer in my home, and go through EVERY possession we own. Did we DESERVE that?? Mine was one of FIVE homes they hit that week. Pray for the innocent lives he's touched. Like my 11 yr old not feeling safe in her OWN home/bedroom. Can't help wondering what they'd have done if my Mom showed up while they were trashing the place. I DO pray he gets well enough to HOPEFULLY one day answer to a jury of his peers. Even "thugs" make choices. He made his long before he broke into my home. Looks like Karma is knocking on HIS door now, if you ask me.

I went to school with Peggy Thompson...I NEVER would ever thought she would do ANYTHING like this... I guess this shows you can never know somebody well or their intentions. I'm still taken back at this, I always thought she was a well formed young lady. It hurts me to hear about fellow alumni doing acts like this. I just don't know what to say. :(

"Mr." Foskey is one of 3 men charged with Felonious B&E in my home in July of 2008. I'm a travel RN who was doing a contract in Hilton Head at that time. My elderly Mother was coming by checking on my home in our absence.I realize someone is "innocent until proven guilty". But when you're caught trying to hock my Fender guitar in a surrounding city, I don't need further proof. Just wonder if justice will ever come. These "men" TRASHED my home.Took MY possessions in excess of $14,000. My 11 yr old daughter refused to come in her own home for almost 2 months. Maybe they were watching Court TV for crime tips on MY 36 inch JVC TV. That's what one of them was doing when the police arrested him. 15 months, and I'm STILL waiting to lay eyes on any one of them. GET A JOB AND BUY YOUR OWN STUFF, IDIOTS. Sounds like Karma is taking up some slack with this guy. You'd probably be SAFER in prison, Dude.

He didn't turn into bad people. Shawn has been a thug since he was a young teenager and has a criminal record several pages long. Ms. Thompson isn't much better. Sounds like somebody needs to take her to the gun range and teach her to hit what she's aiming at.
