Research has found marijuana to be much more safe than any other illegal drug and also cigarettes and alcohol. and sice there are 0 marijuana related deaths y should something so harmless cause a prison sentence and rip families apart? laws get too old for time... like slavery and not letting women vote... it is time to make it legal. did u know marijuana is illegal because 1 man in 1936(7) says it makes white women have relations with black men... that is why it is illegal! sound wrong to me!

Hey: To Mike. Send them to jail forever. Great answer! We'll send you the bill for that. What a great fix! Thanks for nothing.1 in every 100 Americans are in prison. Let's just lock everyone up . So I ask again, how do we fix the problem :TO MIKE ? I'm thinking you never smoked a joint..... or you should be in prison. Get real. My dad whooped my butt too so get over it.

Mike, i know he will and did sell drugs to pre-teens and teens. The only way to fix this is very long prison sentences. Not suspended sentences and probation. We need to send the message that if you get caught selling drugs anywhere, it doesn't matter if it's marijuana or black market prescription drugs or anything in between, you go to jail for a very long time. As for the demand of such drugs, anyone caught buying any of these drugs should also get a prison sentence. It's either that or corpral punishment. I learned very quickly what not to do from a switch or belt in the hands of a skilled parent.

I agree with James. But this guy probably would sell his dope to anyone, even pre-teens if he could make a dollar. So how do we fix this promlem?

why won't they say what park? Of course now days my kids don't go outside for one second without an adult. Not even in our own yard. Lock the THUG up. Bet he had baggy pants and was wearing a coat (in the summer). . . that's usually a giveaway.

Phil, your point is well made, however, I don't think this guy wants a legitimate job. I think he would rather make dirty money and help our young society to destroy their lives.
