A man on federal probation for gun and drug violations is now behind bars accused of selling drugs near a child care center.

The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office arrested 51 year-old Harvey Parker of 1306 Washington Street in Washington and charged him with possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine within 1,000 feet of a child care center and delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a child care center.

Parker is behind bars on 50-thousand dollars bond.

20 years at HARD LABOR! That's the kind of punishment these repeat offenders need instead of some liberal judge slapping them on the wrist and then setting them back out on the street.
