I must say that I think Bobby got what he deserved. If you break the law, it will catch up with you sooner or LATER!! What is the point in having a legal system if it is not enforced. I have 2 daughters of my own and I would do whatever it took to put him behind bars myself. I see lots of comments of people defending him, this I do not understand. You obviously must not have children, or if you do you must not care that there has been a creepy sex offender walking around for all this time. Just think how these people felt after the sexual abuse happened to them. They should have gave him the death penalty!!

I cannot speak for everyone that uses this IP address, but I have to say I am surprised that you posted my last comment. While I understand you have other things to do, a story like this deserves more than 2-5 seconds. It has made a huge impact on the life of the person imprisoned, their family, and the family of the victim. -Not all six comments that you speak of are from the same person. But thanks for taking the time to reply to my post. Oh yeah the person I called Trashy, you would understand if you knew her.

"Not Surprised"- I searched your IP address and we've posted at least six of your comments on this story (made under different names). I believe the one you're complaining about was submitted with the name "Richard". We opted not to post this comment for multiple reasons: you were "calling out other posters", you described somebody as "trashy" and the comment was just flat out mean-spirited.

While I have put a lot of time into this reply, generally we make the decision to approve or reject comments in 2-5 seconds. There are number of us who serve as moderators and we all have a number of other things we need to get done over the course of the day. CM

Moderator, what is your agenda with this case? Is he your personal relative or something? I have posted several replies to the lies that have been posted up here and you have not approved any of them. I went by the rules, I did not shout or use profanity, I would just like to know what the deal is? I read the rules. You posted theat bogus stuff that yeap said, which was lies lies lies, there is not tattoo that is another lie. I would also like to add that WS does have his/her facts straight that is exactly what was said in court... trust me I wouldn't have missed it for the world. Was there if you don't like the comments being posted stop reading them, don't expect people to sympathize with people who defend a known sex offender... and yes there was plenty of proof not just word of mouth. WITN why don't you call the District Attorney and get the facts straight about the case? I am very upset that only half the truth has been told in this case and I think you could have done a better job

everyone just needs to get a life and let it all go.He is going away and that should please a lot of people in this place. Now let it rest and get on with your own lives and leave the rest to god. Stop tormenting his family and let them deal with what has happened and look to your own lives and the skeltons in your closet and familes. And for his sister she did not ask j=him to leave her house because of hert daughter, when WITN put her house on TV people in her community had a problem with it and she felt it was safer for him to go live with his brother for all there safe and well being.I know that for a fact n=because I WAS THERE through all of this and if you don't like what I have to save, stop blogging on this and get own with your own life. Thank You

My facts are straight. She said he had to leave her house because of her daughter. I was on the second row and heard it very plainly. Do all caps mean your yelling, lying or both?

I was in court Monday when this was decided. His own sister took the stand to vouch for his character and had to admit that she threw him out of her house when these charges came to light. Why? Because she didn't want her own daughter exposed to him. He's gone away and we are all better for it.
