CHARLOTTE, NC -- According to a report from ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Charlotte Hornets have made Kemba Walker available in trade discussions.

Kemba is second on the Hornets all-time scoring list and he leads the team this season in points, minutes and assists per game.

Hornets head coach Steve Clifford was informed of the details of this report and dismissed it as rumors.

"I've been in this league 18 years. I could tell you from place to place, five different cities. There's rumors everywhere. I'll tell you the same thing I tell the players is, no one has said anything about it here, and it's a rumor. I don't have any comment on that," Clifford said.

"I've never been in that situation," said Kemba Walker. "I dont know what it feels like and this is fhe first time my name has come up in a situation like this, so it's pretty new to me. I'd be pretty upset, but like I said, I'm here right now. I put my heart and soul into this team, and into this city and that's what I'm going to do until this is over."
