Three men accused of trafficking meth

ONSLOW COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - Three men are behind bars, accused of having thousands of dollars worth of crystal meth.

The Onslow County Sheriff's Office arrested Robert Mabial, Ebony Johnson and Andrew Wright over the weekend as part of an ongoing drug investigation.

During the case, deputies say Wright was identified as a person who was reportedly selling crystal meth in both Onslow and Duplin Counties. Officials were able to track him down during a traffic stop on Saturday. They say K9 Blek searched his car and found about $15,000 dollars worth of crystal meth and other drug paraphernalia.

Johnson and Mabial, who were also in the car, were taken into custody on a number of drug charges, including trafficking methamphetamine and conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine.

All three are being held at the Onslow County Detention Center. Wright's bond was set at $135,000, while Johnson and Mabial are being held under a $105,000 bond.
