Theater performance to focus on aging process

GREENVILLE, NC (WITN) - The Magnolia Arts Center is preparing for a brand new performance this week.

The center's workshop class, 'Seniors Acting Out' went so well last year the center began a new program to focus on the positive aspects of the aging process through an enriching theater experience.

Local community members will portray their own personal journeys during the first-ever luncheon theater performance on Thursday, September 7th and Friday, September 8th.

The luncheon will run from 11:30am to 1:30pm with the performance starting at 12:30pm at the Magnolia Arts Center located at 1703 E 14th Street in the Greenville Parks and Recreation Perkins Complex.

Tickets are $20 per person, which includes lunch catered by CPW's in Greenville.
