GREENVILLE, NC (WITN) - The Ronald McDonald House of Eastern Carolina is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year with a "Red Party" gala on Friday, November 17.
For the last 30 years, RMH has offered families a 'home away from home' while their child or children receive medical care at local facilities.
With two locations in Greenville, up to 27 families are housed each night. The families are usually traveling more than 30 miles from home to see their little loved one in the hospital or other medical facility.
There will be live music featuring The Main Event Band, a photo booth, a silent auction, and heavy hors d’oeuvres.
The event will also serve as a continuing fundraiser for the RMH expansion project currently underway.
The "Red Party" is being held from 7pm to 11pm at the Rock Springs Center on Friday, November 17.
Tickets are $75 each or $150 for a couple. Tables are also available and offer seating for 10 people with a logo or naming rights on the table.
