Grocery store chains here in the east are pulling a brand of frozen biscuits from their shelves.
Food Lion, Piggly Wiggly and Lowes Foods have recalled all code dates of T Marzetti Company's Frozen Buttermilk Biscuit Dough because of possible contamination concerns.
The manufacturing company said the frozen food could be contaminated with Listeria, which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children or elderly people.
The company said no illnesses have been reported in connection to the recall, so far.
If you have this item in your freezer, you can return it to the store for a full refund.
