A driver crashed into a utility pole in uptown Greenville.
It happened sometime after 7 p.m. tonight at the intersection of 5th and Reade Street.
Police say that a Toyota Tundra hit the pole causing it to fall in to the roadway.
The driver was taken to the hospital. Their condition is not known at this time.
Greenville Utilities is on scene and say it could take 3 to 4 hours to get everything back to normal.
