NEW INFO: Third person charged with series of pizza delivery robberies

NEW BERN, N.C. (WITN) - A third person is behind bars in connection to the robbery of a pizza delivery driver over the weekend.

New Bern Police have charged 16-year-old Nathan Sheptock in connection to the robbery on Saturday along Red Robin Lane.

Police say Sheptock worked alongside brothers Isiah and Hakeem Gibbs, who were arrested earlier this week after police say the two men wore Halloween costumes and masks to rob a delivery driver of cash and pizzas.

During an investigation, police say they learned that all three men also robbed two other pizza delivery drivers on May 10th on Madison Avenue and on Red Robbin Lane on June 30th.

All three men Isiah Gibbs is facing three counts of robbery with a firearm and three counts of conspiracy. His bond was set at $250,000. His younger brother is charged with two counts of robbery with a firearm and two counts of conspiracy. Hakeem Gibbs has a $150,000 bond.

Sheptock is being held under a $200,000 bond, while Isiah Gibbs' bond is set at $250,000 bond and Hakeem Gibbs' at $150,000.

During the investigation, police learned that Gibbs and his 18-year-old brother, Hakeem, also robbed two other pizza delivery drivers. Those crimes happened on May 10th on Madison Avenue and another one on Red Robbin Lane on June 30th.

Police are searching for two men who they say robbed a pizza delivery driver around 6 p.m. Saturday in New Bern.

Two men dressed in Halloween costumes and masks approached the pizza delivery driver near Red Robin Lane and demanded money, New Bern Police said.

The suspects then took the driver's money and pizzas and ran away, police said.

Officers are describing the suspects as two black men, one standing about 6'01" and the other around 5'08" tall.
