Onslow County Animal Services hosting fostering orientation Saturday morning

ONSLOW COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - One animal shelter in the east says they're hoping more community members can help give their four-legged friends a temporary home on their way to a forever home.

Onslow County Animal Services says they will be hosting a foster orientation Saturday, beginning at 11 a.m., at their shelter located on Georgetown Road.

Shelter Director Howard Martin says foster homes are needed for dogs, cats, and litters of kittens or puppies.

"You know it's always better to have more than not enough," he says.

Those interested can RSVP on the Onslow County Animal Services' Facebook page. You can find the link on the right side of this page.
