FARMVILLE, N.C. (WITN) - A new exhibit at a museum in Farmville is honoring the town's World War II history and the military service of a Farmville native.
The new exhibit at the May Museum and Park features Ensign Paul Aaron Parker including pictures, letters and some of his medals.
Parker's family visited for the exhibit's opening on Sunday
"It means an awful lot. Only thing I regret is that it couldn't have happened several years ago when mother and daddy were both alive. It'd have meant a lot to them," Parker's Brother Alan Parker said.
Visitors can tour the new exhibit at the May Museum Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
