NEW BERN, NC (WITN) - The 32nd annual New Bern Antiques Show & Sale is back for Valentine's Weekend 2018.
The show serves as the main annual fundraiser for the New Bern Preservation Foundation, which works to support local historic preservation.
This year's event will feature all items at least 50-years-old, local music and food. Attendees are encouraged to dress up in their finery and big hats and get noticed by the roaming photographer who’ll be posting the best outfits on social media.
Organizers say that the show attracts dealers from as far away as New York and Florida, who return year after year and that there will be something for everyone. Items will include military heritage items, antique toys, old sporting equipment like rods and reels, jewelry, vintage clothing, fine art, old lamps, beer steins, old posters and postcards, and china.
Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 at the door. Tickets serve as a full-weekend pass. Children under 15 can enter free with adults.
The event is being held on February 16-18 at the New Bern Riverfront Convention Center.
You can call the New Bern Preservation Foundation Office at 252-633-6448 for more information or visit the New Bern Preservation Foundation Office website or facebook page.
