Final mid-term election debate set for tonight in Greenville

PITT COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - A series of mid-term candidate debates are set to wrap up Thursday night in one Eastern Carolina county.

The Benevolence Corps in Greenville is hosting its third debate of the year between candidates for the NC- House District #8 seat.

A meet and greet will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Eppes Recreation Center on Nash Street. the debate will run from 6:30 pm-to 8:15 pm.

Another debate will take place Thursday night for candidates vying for a position in one Eastern Carolina county.

The Benevolence Corps in Greenville is hosting its second debate of the year between candidates running for Pitt County sheriff.

A meet and greet will begin at 5:30 pm at the Eppes Recreation Center on Nash Street. The debate will run from 6:30 pm- 8:15 pm.

The third and final debate for candidates for state House District #8 seat will take place next Thursday, March 22. Candidates for Pitt County's district attorney seat debated earlier this month.

The Benevolence Corps in Greenville is hosting its first debate of the year Thursday night between candidates for Pitt County's District Attorney seat. A meet and greet begins at 5:30pm at the Eppes Recreation Center on Nash Street.

The debate will run from 6:30 to 8:15. A debate for Sheriff candidates is planned for next Thursday, March 15th and a debate for the candidates for the NC- House District #8 seat will be held on March 22nd.
