GREENVILLE, NC (WITN) - The City of Greenville is asking for public input regarding parking in the Uptown area.
The survey asks for information about when and why visitors go Uptown, where you prefer to park and how much time is spent looking for a space.
"There is certainly a high demand for parking spaces in the uptown area," City of Greenville Economic Development Director Roger Johnson said. "We recognize that it is a result of more people gravitating to the area. We are seeking the input of the public to help us determine the best way to proceed with future parking demands."
According to a press release from the city, this survey is the next step in a comprehensive parking study approved by City Council in April aimed at finding long-term solutions to parking.
