GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) - A local law enforcement agency is hosting a public forum Tuesday night on school safety.
The Greenville Police Department's Community Relations Department is hosting the forum at 6 p.m. at J.H. Rose High School. Pitt County Schools Superintendent Ethan Lenker, Greenville Police Chief Mark Holtzman, Pitt County Sheriff Neil Elks and Pitt County Commissioner Glenn Webb will take questions and comments from the public during a question and answer session.
Topics that will be covered during the forum include warning signs for possible violent behavior, sharing information with law enforcement, resource officers and how and where to get help.
